holidays so far
FiNALLY! swimming lessonsareover. passedmy test.one out of the 8 who passed! sorryfor not being modest.lol. yeah, but hard work wasnt the factor. it was because most of the other studentsonly came for an average of 3 out of eight of the classes, so its harder to catch up. anyway, since the count of students that still cant swim is high. our nice coach decided to give us free Xtra lessons. what doest that mean? that means free pool utilisation! free coaching. maybe butterfly stroken ext! also, since clarence, al andi already noe how to swim, water polo wll certainly be in the agenda. its pretty fun, till alvin goes little miss bossy on everyone. screaming"russ! behind the second line!DEFEND! DEFEND!" lol. relax arh al, why so serious?
woots. i swam the length of the pool today. frog stlye, causeif i did freestyle, i wouldnt see the remaining road, and would lose my morale. at least thats my theory. it was prettytiring. how does micheal phelps do it?! i officially respect swimming atheletes 30% more, though the ugly streamlined costumes they wear make them look like swimming koalas, and takes off 5% interest ;)
that also means more breakfast after swimming. better stop eating at macs. i think the cashier recognises me since i go 3 times a week, and uses the power for my psp(oops!). well, as they say, the grass is grrener on the other side, andbesides, cheese fries always makes my day. and yes, there is a kfc just opp. the macs.
just read about an anime convention this weekend. actuallywantedto go for both days, but on sat, i hv smthing on. so i asked al if he could go a bit later. but he's going to coincidently bump into someone on that day..... hmm... i wonder who that iss. (hint:rhymes with firlgriend) if u figure that out, dont blame me. yr just too smart u see. (pleasedont kill me, alvin,please dont kill me, alvin) in any case, i shld be going on sunday, after church, of course. hmm, going to miss aday of freebies. how sad.
lots of people might ridicule/ostracise/insert other big word here ,me saying that i dont watch anime,or readmanga, or go konichiwa everytime i pick up the phone
there is a misconception. excluding the konichiwa, that would just be really lame....
in any case, there is a misconception that i dont watch anime, nor read manga. i do!i just dont complete it/ talk about it. why?
its a chain reaction. because ive only watched some episodes, to some extent, then give up, i wouldnt dare ask or talk about it much. just in case spoilers start spewing, orthe common "u dont noe?" or "now then you noe?" or "u suck" start punctuating peoples' sentences. yes. in my school the last phrase is heard to many times over. lol
same for soccer. im not an ardent fan. i dont know every positions of every player. or the latest buzz that van persie got injured (AGAIN??) . but at least i know the basics, watch some matches, and know that arsenal's main colour, and that the ball is always round in every soccer match ( literally and figuratively speaking).
cause time and tide, waits for no man, and if u dont know the latest about the hot topic, dont joinin the conversation too much, or ull just end up shooting yrself in the foot.
on the bright side, u might get a better shoe size!
yeah, not too deep a conversation now.....or some might go to sleep. hooked on manga now. when i shld be readingthe books i borrowed from the librar. well, off to read!
